CitiSim in ITEA Event 2018 (Helsinki, Finland)

Basam Musleh, head of department R&D of Abalia and Felix Villanueva of University of Castilla la Mancha (UCLM), have represented the CitiSim consortium on May 22, 23 and 24 with a stand in the ITEA Event 2018 as part of the EUREKA Innovation Days in Helsinki, Finlad.

The event showed the “Power of collaboration” and addressed 4 main themes: Smart Mobility, Smart Health, Smart Energy and Smart Industry.

Highlights of the EUREKA Innovation Days:

22 May	High-Performance collaboration in Europe and beyond Keynotes, South Korea Collaboration Forum, exhibition (including about 37 ITEA projects), guided tours, B2B matchmaking meetings.
23 May	Smart collaboration – Exploring opportunities Keynotes, thematic parallel sessions, EUREKA Innovation Award winners, exhibition, guided tours, B2B matchmaking meetings.
24 May	ITEA Event 2018 Interactive and audience-involving panel with the 2018 ITEA Award of Excellence winners, 20 years of ITEA impact session with industry and Public Authority representatives, EUREKA Clusters joint session on industry-led collaboration, exhibition, B2B matchmaking sessions.

During the entire event, visitors were able to walk around the full-scale exhibition and share insights with key representatives from around 80 innovative R&D projects and organisations, including about 40 running and recently finished ITEA projects.
